Join Debra Wolfe for a transformative practice designed to improve your overall well-being through the power of Alignment-based Yoga Therapy for Lifelong Wellness. This 6-week series integrates traditional alignment-based yoga principles with yoga therapy and evidence-backed practices to create a safe and effective program. Debra provides accessible, personalized, and integrative pathways to wholeness, empowering individuals to achieve optimal health. Through a combination of adaptable movement, restorative postures, trauma informed practices & environment, breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques, Debra aims to address the root causes of imbalance, fostering ease and grace in body and daily life.
Focus on Alignment & Personalization:
Debra will guide you in foundational postures, emphasizing precise positioning (alignment) for optimal benefits and injury prevention. You will be guided through The 5 Tibetan Rites, Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) and The Morning Series, plus additional postures (asanas) based on the needs of the group that day. Modifications and variations will be offered to ensure the practice is accessible to all levels and accommodates individual needs and/or limitations and helps you reach your goals.
Holistic Approach to Total Well-being:
These sessions delve into the interconnectedness of body and mind. You'll explore how yoga postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and relaxation techniques work together to:
• Enhance flexibility, strength, and balance
• Improve body awareness and posture
• Increase energy levels
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Cultivate a sense of calm and inner peace
