Our work is anchored in a proprietary protocol synthesized from Debra’s 24 years of clinical experience owning and operating five integrative health and wellness centers throughout Western Washington. This program is a complete map for your health, organizing your well-being into Five Domains of Alignment. We look at the WHOLE you, not just your symptoms.

While this framework is built on the professional Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual model and The International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) Standards, we focus on the practical tools you need to make your "wheel" roll with ease and grace. Our methodology utilizes Symptom Mapping and our Five-Domain Assessment to establish your clinical baseline for sustainable, long-term client care and health, as well as reassess progress.
The 6-Week Therapeutic Series
Join Debra Wolfe, C-IAYT for a transformative practice designed to improve your overall health and well-being through the power of Alignment-based Yoga Therapy. Anchored in the DLeeArtsYoga Wheel of Lifelong Wellness™, this series provides the clinical tools and modifications needed to navigate the complexities of the body at any stage of life.
This program safely blends Alignment-based Yoga (Iyengar method), Yoga Therapy, and Evidence-backed practices to create a holistic, personalized pathway to optimal health and well-being. Through a combination of adaptable movement, restorative postures, trauma-informed environment, breathwork, and mindfulness, we address the root causes of imbalance to foster ease in the body, mind, and daily life.
What You’ll Master
This is a targeted, ongoing 6-week therapeutic series practice that moves beyond a general yoga class to meet your individual needs. This is not a “quick fix.”

Your 90-minute Clinical Intake -
All private yoga therapy partnerships begin with a comprehensive 90-minute consultation. This deep-dive session establishes your clinical baseline for Longitudinal Care through the following process:

Following your intake, I will provide you with a Personalized Plan of Care. This is a curated home practice—including your "Alignment Snacks"—that you can do between sessions to help you achieve your goals and maintain your "Inner Alignment."
