Our work is anchored in a proprietary protocol synthesized from Debra's 24 years of Integrative Health and Alignment-based Yoga Therapy experience. These domains radiate outward from a central "Hub of Mindful Awareness" and organize their well-being into a holistic Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual map to establish a baseline for your journey with DLeeArtsYoga. This domain focuses on your physical body, stability, integrity, and structural precision. Recognizing the spine as the body's central axis, this domain emphasizes shifting away from forcing on a "perfect" aesthetic posture and moving toward achieving true "functional alignment" based on an individual's needs. The goal is to actively stabilize core musculature and create joint decompression, which can resolve mechanical friction, promote musculoskeletal longevity, and create the internal space necessary for life force (Prana/Breathe) to flow. Practitioners can manage this domain daily using the Axial Reset micro-practice Debra teaches.
Centering on the body's internal systems, this domain governs nervous system regulation, breathing, and metabolic health. Strongly informed by Duke Integrative Science, it views the body as an interconnected biological ecosystem where intentional movement and breath act as clinical "medicine".
This domain is dedicated to cultivating your mental state, deep emotional resilience, mental clarity, and psychological flexibility. The primary objective is to use cognitive pauses to help you step back and manage your internal emotions.
Shifting the focus to external factors, this domain emphasizes vitality, sustainable daily habits, and environmental health. It examines how your external world—sleep, nutrition, and routines—impacts your goals.
Acting as the ultimate steering mechanism for your entire wellness wheel, this domain is fundamentally driven by your sense of purpose and community. It ensures that your wellness journey does not become an isolated endeavor by connecting you to your deeper, overarching values (Dharma) and a supportive network (Sangha). This meaningful connection is cultivated and managed daily with the Sangha Spark micro-practices we tend to each day.
