The 6-Week Therapeutic Series
Join Debra Wolfe for a transformative practice designed to improve your overall health and well-being through the power of Alignment-based Yoga Therapy. This ongoing series integrates traditional alignment-based principles with evidence-backed practices to create a safe and effective Lifelong Wellness program.
Through a combination of adaptable movement, restorative postures, trauma-informed environments, breathwork, and mindfulness, we address the root causes of imbalance to foster ease in the body and daily life.
