Debra Wolfe is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT #36776260) with 24 years of integrative health and yoga therapy experience. Over the years, she was the founder and director of five distinct yoga and integrated health centers across Western Washington. Her mission is to provide an accessible, personalized, and integrative approach to health and well-being.

Debra's specialized methodology, Alignment-Based Yoga Therapy, combines traditional alignment-based yoga wisdom with evidence-backed science inspired by Duke Integrative Medicine and the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) standards.

Today, Debra is authoring a workbook that is a guided practice, called DLeeArtsYoga — The Wheel of Lifelong Wellness™. This protocol offers a supportive framework for individuals to understand the root causes of imbalance. This approach focuses on maximizing an individual's "healthspan," ensuring that as the years progress, there is a sustained ability to move through daily life with confidence and strength.

Guided by the Five Domains of Alignment™, this structured process empowers individuals to take an active role in their own vitality. By refining "Inner Alignment" through a blend of adaptable movement, restful postures, mindfulness, breathwork, and a body mapping process, clients can discover a sustainable way to stay balanced and vibrant across the decades.

This protocol, The Wheel of Lifelong Wellness™, is the foundation for the ongoing 6-week Therapeutic Yoga series and workshops that Debra offers in Port Townsend, WA.
