About Debra Wolfe

Debra Wolfe isn't just a yoga therapist; she's a passionate advocate for accessible health and wellness for all. For the past 23 years she's embraced an integrative approach to offering alignment-based yoga therapy, while owning and operating five yoga and integrated health clinics across Western Washington. This commitment to inclusivity extends to her collaborative approach, where she partners with professional providers, from various disciplines in healthcare to empower each of her client's unique wellness goals.

With over 12,885 hours of training and teaching experience, Debra crafts customized, adaptable yoga therapy programs for each client. Her background in alignment-based yoga emphasizes detail, precision, and anatomical principles to ensure safe and sustainable movement. Debra encourages clients ultimately to listen to their inner guide as they explore their own path toward optimal health.

Debra's dedication to the field is evident in her certifications. She is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) through International Association of Yoga Therapists, a registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), and a Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) through Yoga Alliance. Her passion extends to training the next generation of instructors, having developed a 200-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training program and creating workshops for experienced practitioners.

Yet for Debra, the most profound lessons come from human connection. She cherishes the one-on-one interactions with her clients, finding in them a constant source of inspiration and growth.
